![]() I think it was one of the IOS38/50/53/55 which was the problem. I did not try the USB Loader Channel this time but the forwarder works great! Install the new 4.2 shop channel with Wad Manager I dont know which one of these fixed it but it works.Ī) Go to Homebrew channel and run Trucha Bug Restorer, load IOS36, press 1, read the warnings then select 'downgrade IOS15', select to load IOS from SD card then let it do its job, keep an eye on what it is doing and make sure you select 'load from sd card' when it asks & don't get any errors.ī) Run Trucha Bug Restorer again, this time select to load IOS15 on first screen using dpad left/right, then select the IOS36 menu & install patched (select 'yes' on all 3 patches) IOS36 to slot 36, again using IOS from SD card.Ĭ) Run Trucha Bug Restorer again, load IOS36 and this time select restore IOS15.ĭ) Run cIOS38 r14 installer, select IOS36 as the one it should use and then select wad install.Į) If you are on system menu 4/4.1 use Wad Manager with default settings (IOS249 & SD card) to install IOS60-patched.wad - Never uninstall IOS60! You will brick!!į) run Wad Manager 1.4, use default settings (IOS249 & SD card) and install these wads from the 'wad' folder: Oggload_path = SD:/config/backgroundmusic/ Languagefiles_path = SD:/config/language/ Qboot = 0 wsprompt = 0 parentalcontrol = 0 Sfxvolume = 80 tooltips = 1 password =0 sort = 0 fave = 0 cios = 0 keyset = 0 xflip = 0 gridRows = 3 Generated video = 1 vpatch = 0 language = 0 ocarina = 0 hddinfo = 0 sinfo = 2 rumble = 1 volume = 80 images image files/wad, usb loader gx-UNEO_forwarder.wadĪnd here is a read out of my config file on the sd card # USB Loader global settings file config/language,language files not importent ![]() apps /wadmanager/boot.dol, icon.png,meta.xml Sd:/apps /usbloader_gx/boot.dol, icon.png,meta.xml I have the following folders on my sd card. I have set al the paths to the sd card and to the correct folder (where the boot.dol is (for usb loader)). I have downloaded the latest forwarder wad file from the official usbloadergx site (the forwarder not the loader install.exe) What i did searched searched searched nobody has this same problem in think.Īsked the question on other forums no one knows the answer. If i try to start it up from there is get a black screen and the wii freezes, the lights on the remote blink couple of times and thats it black screen. īut my problem begins when i use te forwarder from the channel guide. I'm trying to install the usb loader gx channel forwarder. I have several game cube and Wii games that I ripped from disks either with clean rip or directly in usb laoder gx. I ran d2x cios, installed usb loader gx and got that working with a hard drive. If you don't care about playing GC on WiiU gamepad, or expect to play Wii games, then THIS IS NOT THE CHANNEL YOU NEED !īoth need CFW with signature check patched out in order to launch them, because they are unsigned channels.I installed usb loader gx and it works perfectly (from the HBC that is ). I have a Wii that I started modded a few weeks ago. (playing gamecube games on the WiiU gamepad). The only purpose of using this channel is to get a nice interface for gamecube launching for nintendont and being compatible with the WiiU gamepad. This one run in "WiiU mode" and DOES NOT HAVE USB ! only SD card is possible and therefore NO WII GAMES ! only gamecube games. injecting the forwarder's dol is recommended ! so you don't need to update your wiiU channel on new loader's release, only the dol on SD. WiiU VC Wii -> SD -> Boot.dol -> USBLoaderGX (SD required if you inject the forwarder's dol into the wiiu channel instead of the loader's boot.dol). With this one, you don't need to hack vWii, you don't need to install vWii UNEO forwarder channel on vWii. you'll obtain a "WiiU Virtual Console Wii" channel (not a vWii booter!). This one need to be generated by the end users with teconmoon Script injector tool. One is illegal to share and that's why you don't find anything. How can it be so hard to find it? it's in the FIRST POST OF THE OFFICIAL USBLOADERGX THREAD ! This one run in "vWii mode" and has USB drive enabled. I’ve already tried with multi mod manager. I have the boot.dol in my usb loader gx files. I’ve installed the forwarder with wii mod lite. Usb loader gx works perfectly fine on the homebrew channel but the forwarder brings back to the home menu. WiiU -> vWii -> UNEO -> SD -> Boot.dol -> USBLoaderGX I’ve downloaded the latest version and the forwarder on sourceforge. ![]() One is legal and can be found on this forum, and is only a simple "vWii system menu booter" modded to boot UNEO vWii channel instead of system menu.ĪTTENTION : you need UNEO vWii channel forwarder installed on your vWii NAND, or else the Wiiu Wup channel can't "boot vWii UNEO" if you don't even HAVE vWii UNEO ! They are BOTH "wup" format and need to be installed with WUP installer. Like said many times here, there are 2 "wup installable channel" versions.
